Yoji’s powerful stage presence and performance, teamed with his unique style of dance music has made him one of the icons of the global dance movement. His unique fusion of music derived from the genres of Trance, Techno, Hard Dance and more, has disabled the ability of the press to keep up with his latest style.

Those who have seen and heard Yoji have been stunned by his performance, by his unique and often obscure but always-powerful track selection, along with his faultless and charismatic mixing ability. His style and technique is a cut above the rest; his musical taste is fresh and uninhibited, making him a leader not a follower.

Yoji is an enigma, a DJ that when you see, you will understand why so many love and respect him.     In just six years the Tranzaction Dance nights at Truro's L2 have grown beyond recognition.

    The team behind the weekly extravaganza has brought down some massive names over the years including Lisa Lashes, Dave Pearce, Mark EG and Miss Behavin'.

    The night is now a well known brand which incorporates tours, a management agency, and a record label.

    Recently the team came runners up in two categories at the prestigious Hard Dance Awards.

    There's plenty planned for the big birthday bash on Good Friday, 14 April 2006.

    Japan's number one DJ Yoji Biomehanika will be on joint headline duty. He is one of the most exciting and intriguing figures in hard dance. His sound and image are fresh and different. His appearance is one of just ten UK dates this year.

    BBC Radio 1's Eddie Halliwell

    BBC Radio 1's newest signing will also be appearing on the Tranzaction decks. Eddie Halliwell is famed for his breathtaking trickery and mind blowing scratching. Expect firing hard dance from this big name.

    Finally Mark EG, a favourite among the Tranzaction clubbers, will be spinning his techno sounds, along with his mad-as-a-hatter antics behind the decks.

    The club night's local DJs will also be on hand to keep the celebrations going. There will be a production showcase under the guise of 'Avaline with Charlie G'. The set will comprise of all the tracks produced by the Tranzaction record label.

    There's also appearances from La Casa Martin on the bongos, along with DJs Damien James, Steve Jones and DjD providing an alternative mix of House, Breaks and Drum and Bass.

    There will be birthday giveaways on the night and much more.

    Advanced tickets are now for sale at www.tranzactionuk.com. The doors open at 9pm on Good Friday. L2 is among the Cornish nightclubs staying open until 3.30am on the Easter Bank Holiday weekend.
