Jeremy Schwartz

Born in San Francisco and raised in Marin County, Jeremy completed his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with honors from the University of San Francisco (Go Dons!). Following undergrad, Jeremy worked in banking and real estate in the City’s financial district. Subsequently, Jeremy returned to school and completed his Juris Doctor from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings). Jeremy was admitted to the California Bar in and has since served a variety of roles within the City Administrator’s Office of Cannabis.

While at UC Law SF, Jeremy externed for the Honorable Elizabeth D. Laporte in the United States District Court, Northern District of California. Additionally, Jeremy was President of his Law Students for Sensible Drug Policy chapter and received a CALI award for his top course grade in Lie Detection, Emotion, and Mindfulness. Jeremy has had stints as a law clerk for the San Francisco City Attorney's Office, Social Enterprise and Economic Empowerment Clinic, and private sector law firms.

Jeremy resides in San Francisco’s District 2 with his wife, daughter, and maltipoo.
