Andy piran bell biography
Andy has brought a whole new dimension to Oasis' live shows. Noel has the utmost respect for his playing even going so far to say "However good anyone thinks he is on guitar, he's that much better on bass. He plays the bass like a guitarist plays the bass."
Andy is very quiet and laidback. Jenny and I have discovered that he's easily embarassed too! We shouted "We Love You Andy!" at him on 9 June 2001 at Radio City and he looked at us and smiled and went "Ok!" but he was all shades of red. Well here is just a little biography that I was able to compile after searching through a lot of Ride and Hurricane #1 sites, as well as some Oasis sites.

This was followed in March 1992 with Going Blank Again. The twin rhythm guitars of Bell and Gardener, both distorted, both using Wah-wah pedals and both feeding back on each other was seen as the highlight of the album's critical and chart success.
Despite having a solid fanbase and some mainstream success, the lack of a breakthrough contributed to inter-band tension, especially between Gardener and Bell. Their third LP, Carnival of Light, was released in 1994, after shoegazing had given way to Britpop. Carnival of Light was oriented towards this Andy Bell (Welsh musician)
